Annual IAP Meeting

GBDS 2026 Phase 15.2 IAP Meeting

Wednesday – Thursday, Jan 14-15th, 2026

We will be hosting the meeting in-person this year (GIS workshop, Core workshop, Poster session&Reception, Technical Presentation Sessions). We will provide an online option for the Technical Presentation Sessions only for those who cannot attend the meeting in-person.

The meeting schedule is shown below:

Day 1 – Jan 14, 2026

• GIS workshop: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, BEG training room ‘Auditorium’ 1.132, JJ Pickle Research Campus, Austin, Texas 78758 (In-person only)
• Core workshop: 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm, BEG Core Research Center BEVO Room, JJ Pickle Research Campus Building 132, Austin, Texas 78758 (In-person only)
• Reception: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm, BEG Core Research Center BEVO Room, JJ Pickle Research Campus Building 132, Austin, Texas 78758 (In-person only)

Day 2 – Jan 15, 2026

•  Technical Presentation sessions: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, ROC1. 603, JJ Pickle Research Campus (In-person & online)
